About this home

Positioned along the coveted Highway 290 Wine Corridor between Johnson City and Hye, this offering captures the very heart of one of Texas’ most dynamic and fast-growing tourism regions. With excellent frontage (approximately 350 feet) and visibility, the property benefits from steady traffic drawn to nearby wineries, tasting rooms, and weekend destinations. This makes it the ideal setting for your hospitality-driven investment showing built-in demand. The land unfolds with a natural blend of usability and beauty. This is the inspiring backdrop currently enjoyed by guests and perfect for future expansion. Mature, umbrellaing Grandaddy oak trees embrace the existing improvements, creating shaded gathering spaces that guests are naturally drawn to. Native terrain invites exploration, while active bee hives support an agricultural valuation, adding both character and tax advantages. Thoughtfully designed with guest experience in mind, the property features 13 charming and creatively styled shipping container cottages that will offer a memorable and distinctly Hill Country stay. These unique accommodations have proven highly appealing to visitors seeking something beyond the norm. The operation is fully turnkey, complete with storage and dedicated facilities to support housekeeping and day-to-day management, allowing for a seamless transition to new ownership and vision. Beyond its current success, the property holds a meaningful upside. The additional acreage presents an exceptional opportunity to expand the existing hospitality footprint, introduce new accommodations, or even establish a boutique vineyard in alignment with the surrounding wine culture. This is a rare opportunity to acquire both business and real estate within one of the most popular destination spots in the Texas Hill Country. It stands as a distinctive investment, rooted in charm, elevated by location, and positioned for further success in the still developing Wine Corridor.
