Koti starts from the other direction: tell us what you're looking for in plain English, and we'll turn it into the right search.

Why we're starting in Austin

Rather than launch everywhere at once, we're building Koti deeply for one market first: Austin, Texas. That means real neighborhood coverage — from Downtown and Zilker to Tarrytown, Hyde Park, Mueller, and more — and a search experience tuned to how Austin actually buys homes, rather than a generic nationwide product.

What we're building

Koti combines natural-language search with a fast, modern browsing experience — clean listing pages, instant filtering, and a favorites list that stays with you across devices. Under the hood, we're building the architecture to plug into real MLS/IDX data and expand to new markets — Denver, Nashville, Raleigh, Seattle, Phoenix, and beyond — without a rewrite, so the product only gets better from here.
